babe gallery...anyone else have this problem?

I have a new internet connection, and my average download speed is around 1.5 mb give or take a few kb's, i instantly load pics in all threads, when i go to the movies sections, all screenshots come immediately, pretty much everything on this website is instant now, except the babe galleries, the pages come up instantly, but when i click on a picture it takes about 15 to 18 seconds to flash up, about as much time as my old dial up did...does anyone else have this problem or is it just me??????

yes, i never connect to any server but that one?

hmmm interesting... SOME people say they dont get good speeds from fefe

alice, jamie, and fefe are our forum servers, but we have other servers that deal with our movie and picture galleries, it all depends on how fast the servers are communicating with each other i would imagine


ive never had the problem youre talking about unless it was MY connection that was the problem, and trust me.. modding pics for years i have to load pics all the time


ill ask diz about it, but my suggestion would be when that happens to try server jumping a little and see if one goes faster for you, usually it works out fine that way

No problems here. My DSL is 3Mbps and the site go's quick for me except when the servers are taking their nightly shite at 12:30 EDT

i tried jamie, it's doing the same thing, i get a really small white box where pic is, i tried 2 pics on jamie, 1 pic took 16.4 seconds to load, the 2nd took 17.5 secs, its, always between 15 and 18 seconds
3rd pic 15.47 secs
4th..14.97
5th...17.5 seconds....the bar loads all the way in a couple seconds, then stops till it hits between 15 and 18...almost every single time, i got 1 in 14.97 seconds, just weird , and was wondering if its only me?????


tried it on alice also, same exact thing, bums me out i have a lag in the babe galleries, but i guess i'll get over it

Strange. I always use "Jamie" and they load right away for me and have always done. Before we had "Jamie" I was on "FeFe" and they loaded immediately then too. Just as Fefe I have modded pics for a long time and I haven't had any problems with loading pics unless it was my own connection.

mine is 1mb.... i always use fefe....and right now..it load right away..

no problems here, maybe its a temp. glitch on your end

Don't feel bad DFP, sometimes it takes a couple of seconds for my comp to react when I try to vote for pics.. So I know where you are comming from!

yeah...same here....and i'm on cox cable...i'm pretty sure it's something in my computer

i get good speeds, although i would like to use fefe all the time but sadly she doesnt even know i am alive and she isnt blind or insane so it wont ever happen

i have the same issue on the babe gallery, and the voting thing that sails was talking about, and at about 12:30am est things gooooo soooooooo ssssssllllllooooowwwwww.
but it is hit or miss. sometimes things work great others not.
