Avatar question

Sorry if this has been addressed somewhere already, but if it was I couldn't find it.

I just opened my account a few days ago, and uploaded my avatar picture. I'm sure it was accepted because I got the green bar and the message saying that my profile had been updated. But I don't see my avatar.

How long does it take before an avatar is accepted and make public?

it should be immediate, and no its not showing up

the picture has to be this size or smaller

100 pixels wide
270 pixels long

and under 15kb in size

Yeah, I just tried mine again and resized my pic to 68x101 and 13.7 and I still don't see it.

hmmmm upload the picture to www.tinypic.com and post the link here and let me take a look at these avatars that wont upload

thats weird

that was too large in web size, it was almost 19kb

are you sure you saved the one and tried to upload it to your profile?

Might have been mentions, if you use firefox press alt f5

if you use IE (install firefox)

But most importantly clear you cookies and cache.

i think you have to upload nude pics of your self for any avi to work??

Did a permissions refresh on the avatar directory and work like a charm
