Or dl from Ulead site, all trial versions, but a great way to get aquainted with photo modifications, and easy to use.

Your scanner may come with the necessary software. Personally I bought ACDC a few years ago. I would be lost without it for cleaning up photos, resizing them, viewing them etc.

Could someone change it for me!?

Download trial version of Ulead Gif Animator, then you can resize it by using the command.......resize. (obvious)
