I just got one question,
How can i make an avatar out of a bigger picture?

You need to make the actual picture size smaller using a photoshop program. Try 100x100 ...

when you change your avatar or your signature, it will change everywhere you posted. so also in his old posts. which means that if you didn't see his first avatar, you don't know what it was like, and will see two of the same here
