Another posting question

This is a question about posting in the babes movies forum. I found a site much like this one but with somevideos I have not seen here. Is it allowed to post vids in the movies forum if they are already watermarked? The vids are pure amatuer, and the site just splatted there name across it much like this one does in the movies gallery. Does the watermarking of a site imply ownership, henceforth making the video copyrighted...or can I still post them?

Rather than starting another topic, why didn't you just send a PM to Bangles? He would know better than anyone here since he's the movie forum mod.

Your answer is close to what I'm looking for. Like all movies I post, I of course would upload it the like of rapidshare or yourfileshost...but the movie would still have the watermark of another site. Is that OK.
As to why I didn't PM a mod...thats not how I roll.

I'd say no, you can't, but thats just because I've seen vids like you're talking about deleted before. Seriously, just ask Bangledesh. He will know.

Files with URLs cant be uploaded to rapidshare (or even yourfilehost at this time) because they offer the ability to download the actual file. However certain hosts do not allow downloads. And those would be acceptable.

And nope, I can't tell you what they are.

Linking movies with watermarks on it isn't a problem as long as it is not uploaded at wbw. Upload it a rapidshare. As latino said.
