Account won't cancel

VXSBill Online won't/can't verify my account information to cancel the account. I can't find an alternate contact address to use to get this processed; anyone have any ideas?

You can't cancel. Once you signup for the sponsor membership, you're stuck with it until it runs out. Once it runs out, it does not rebill you; it's a non-recurring account.

You can't and you don't have to cancel your account.
We don't do refunds on sponsor memberships, but we don't auto-rebill either.

Just let your account run out and it will end automatically.

Few days before your account runs out, you will receiva an email with information on your account running out and instructions on how to prolong it if you wish to.

Ok. Been putting it off.... but finally took the plunge and bought a sponsor membership. Thank you Diz for your work on the site.

Well since I'm 23, my parents have nothing to do with my bills. I asked about the cancel, because there was a notice in the agreement that accounts must be canceled two days prior to the end of the subscription to avoid being re-billed. I need to cancel because my card company recently got part of their database 'compromised' and I asked for a new card to be issued.

Sh1n0b1: That agreement is from vxs. We do not rebill your creditcard if your period runs out. We have choicen for this because we think people can deside for themselfs if the want to extend for another period, without having to cancel it.

So to answer your question, you don't have to cancel your membership
