About law in the Internet

I was just reading this discussion about the (claimed) underaged girls' pics in here, so some facts for everyone:

1. This site is based in Netherlands, so the operators and the whole site has to work by the local law. i.e. this thing about who is and who is not underaged. In Netherlands the age-limit is 12, in Finland it's 16 (girls under 16 years are protectected by law against child-malesting, sexual pics etc... ) and in the US it's 18 in every state (i think..).

2. If you don't live in the same country the site (like this) is based on, you are bound by your local laws. It's that simple. So if some of the girl here are underaged in your country, legally you are not allowed to view them in here....


and so on and so on..... some one could continue this bullshit forever...

But your talking about viewing a nude underage girl. Aslong as she is not being sexual in anyway, it's ok here in the U.S. But the laws are also very unclear as to the details.

Oke fot ones and for all, We check every picture and if a girl looks to young we don't show the picture. I think that's for everybody clear. if somebody thinks that a girl is to young report it and we check it.
