We are experiencing some issues with our storage server, this is causing a lot of problems and we are unable to fix this fast. We have got the site online on cached content at the moment, and working around the clock cot get everything back online.

thanks diz..there for awhile I thought my computer or internet provider was having problems..
The controller card was broken, had to replace it... a lot of "encoded" movies for the new movie player did corrupt and have to "replace" them with new ones. This process will take a while and have to work on tomorrow... first have to get some sleep as I have been up for over 30 hours straight and have to drive home for 1,5 hours; We have to put a backup back to correct most errors. hopefully this never happens again.
Still have to re-encode the movies I already did, so this process will again take long... I am working my ass of to complete everything. Finally got home, almost fell asleep while driving.. hope this is something I never have to do again. Will keep you guys updated.

Same issue on some pictures in "full view" mode :/ they have corrupt headers.
when I logged off WBW last night my comments number was 86960 and the percentage bar was at 94%...when I logged on a few minutes ago my percentage bar is back to 86% and my comments at 86623..that means that 337 comments have been deleted overnight somehow..i have been here since 2006 and never received a warning about any of my comments so I just don't understand this at all...this needs to be looked into since it takes a really long time to write that many comments...if this is a problem with the server then I can understand but if its a moderator problem I can't
I believe you are right..the counter is now at 86824 so that means its the counter after all... I've just never had this happen before.. i'll let you know if it doesn't go all the way back up,,,,Thanks
Due to the server hardware crash, some uploads have also been lost. So you might notice a big drop in your queue due to that.
Is the site having server issues again? It's running very slow.
Other sites seem to be working fine.

There seem to be lots of images and videos missing from the home page, not sure if this is linked?

I had the missing images on the front page as well but everything seems to be back to normal now
including loading time.
Edit: It seems I spoke too soon. The load time is back to normal.
There are still images and movies that won't load at all.

It's interesting. I'm experiencing the same problem as hydrahead, but only if I use Chrome. If I use IE, the problem does not seem to be occurring.
