[IMGs] and Uploads.

Okay recently I've become aware that a lot of moderators seem to have different views on the legal issues of the IMG tag. One one side I have a group saying that using an IMG tag to link to a stamped picture is fine. On the other, its not okay.

Can someone clear this up? Because if every mod has a different opinion or idealogy on this issue it's going to cause a lot more problems. Hell, its probably giving me an ucler now.

yeah that definitaly be something nice to have clarified. I thought the way it is now, copyrighted pics cant be uploaded, but can be linked/tagged in as you said. I'm so confused! lol

I'll write a nice guideline about this very soon... in about 1 or 2 days explaining the legal side of it. and why some thing are allowed and why not.
