[DEV] New movie overview

I am working on a new movie overview, at first go to:
http://dev.whatboyswant.com/ and change the theme to "Default Theme";

Then goto:
http://dev.whatboyswant.com/movieoverview/lastweek/

What do you think of it?

Hey Diz it's making me re-login, the first link just brings me to the frontpage and says I am a guest.

the second brings me to the movie page but says I am a guest. I hope im not missing something by having to sign in again

Now I got it, but the lettering on the preview moves to fast and witht he squiggly lines it's hard to read

The other site is development site, that's why you need to re-login again.

There are still some items missing, but working on that!

Actually I prefer it the way it is now where you have 2 preview images and the title.

Very often one of the preview pics is blank or black, but usually the second pic will give you an idea of what the movie looks like.

And I guess there is an online player now? Doesn't work for me. I see a black box with a W in it, and a gray empty bar below. Using Mozilla/Seamonkey.

The web player is still stalled, but I like the new format. Wile a couple of pics can give you a good idea, often good clips start bad and vice versa. This gives a better overall snapshot.

It's only about the movie overview not the /showmovie/ page.

Made some changes with the movie overview. Need to add some others too. If you are missing stuff please report it in this topic!

I definitely like the current page better.

There's not enough information given.

1) Many times one screen is not enough to indicate what to expect from the movie.
2) There's no titles or descriptions to help decide what to download.
3) You have to change pages anyway to find out how long it is, how long it's going to take to download, and how many credits it costs.

Credit cost is there if you are a non sponsor, a sponsor doesn't have to worry about credits so why show the information?

The MB to download is a good suggestion and will add it later on. The duration of the movie is directly under the movie thumb, the movie thumb will change in the future while hovering over it.

i checked it out the other day. it reminds me of the layout of skinvideo.

indifferent i guess. i like the setup, they have, but I don't think its more functional than what we used to have.

I guess all in all, i like the new layout better than the old.

oke made some more changes to the overview layout! Can I have some new opinions about it?

I don't see any differences but I like
