There were lots of movies made a while back featuring ridiculously gigantic splooges of fake jizz - all from rubber dicks connected to some reservoir of faux goo. The tip-off is usually the guy holding his supposed member with both hands - who ever does that?
Having seen a few, I would classify them as the worst of porn - decidedly not erotic and laughably artificial. Why they were made is the question. Maybe to get around some laws about showing the real thing.
