she really looks like the early Talia Shepard.. now she went trough some surgery.. not sure tough.. btw doinf some TinEye and Google search I got cross reference from the website watermarked in the picture to Talia..

Both previous posters are correct - that is Talia Shepard who is also known as Jasmine (SweetApples), Victoria (FTV) and Kat (X-Art).

Just google any of the above and you will find quite a few photo sets.
