We know what BDSM is, we also know chocking can be part of it. We just don't allow extreme practices, just like we don't allow pissing pics.
If you want to see that, there are other websites for it.

You obviously don't understand what bdsm is if you consider pissing to be bdsm. Pissing is a type of fetish and isn't associated as a bdsm practice.

As a practitioner of light bdsm, I can tell you that the photo i found and posted of her wouldn't even be in the running to be considered as bdsm. He wasn't even applying any hard pressure and you can tell by the hand placement that he knew how to apply it (from the side). You might also notice her hand on his forearm...that's what's called a safety. Generally partners use grips to indicate to one another when to stop since it's likely in more intense bdsm sessions that they may not be able to utter the safe word.
