Considering todays youth, a lot.

I know of well over 30 girls under 18 who have tattoos and received them either with their parents permission or got them at a tattoo party. For those that don't know a tattoo party is a party thrown by a tattoo artist or multiple artists who need cash, so they have a party and do tattoos at the party for dirt cheap just to pick up some extra money. It's not uncommon at all for teenagers to have tattoos these days way before they're 18. I know a few 13 year olds who have them.

Now I'm in no way saying this girl is under 18. I think she looks over 18 but I was just throwing in my 2 cents for the person who seems to think underage girls can't get tattoos.

She looks young, and she looks like a retard. Also, her tattoos look stupid.

..I guess I'll leave it, FeFe doesn't think she's underage..and that's good enough for me.

A friend of my daughter got tats w/o her parents even knowing it. So when I see girls like this I think underage and think they should be pulled. It also helps to look at the furnishings in the room and they are not something a 18 year old girl would have unless she was pretty immature.
