I don't mind "smallish" boobs that are nice an' firm...but this girl just has a chest with nice nipples...
I don't think you could honestly call those "boobs"...at least, I wouldn't. "Skinny" was the right adjective for her, but 'flat-chested,' while not flattering, is also quite accurate.
