I don't know why our society puts a woman with breast implants (well...reasonable breast implants, and I think these are) in the category of "fake." Is it something generated by other envious women? Or men who insist that beauty is only natural? I mean, we don't deride people who have had their teeth whitened or straightened, or those who color/straighten/augment their hair....
Personally, my biggest turn-on is a woman who smiles, is confident in her sexuality, and who is healthy. If "fixing" a slightly drooping or disporportionate figure puts a little giddiap in her step, I'm all for it.
This woman has all that. Nice figure, nice smile, and she seems to be enjoying being naked in front of this particular photographer. She's wearing a slinky dress and sexy underwear, and it's a bonus that she doesn't need to wear a bra. There's not too much about that that is "fake."
