Oh I believe that it's Prague, and I believe that its a naked girl, I just don't believe that she is naked on the streets of Prague. It is obvious that it is photoshoped. In some of the pictures other people in the shot are blurry, yet she is perfectly clear, in others the lighting on her is all wrong compared to the rest of the photo, and in others she dosn't cast a reflection when she should. This isn't an attack against Prague, so don't get your panties in a bunch.
