This is "supposedly" a girl named Erin Laut*ch. She worked at Disneyland two years ago (don't know if she still does) and is an aspiring actress here in Southern CA.

Nope, she's not wearing any costumes at all, as a matter of fact about 60% of the pictures she's wearing nothing, one she's at a bar type place and the other ones seem like they could be from disney world. I don't know seems legit enough for me though.
