You can have piercings, as long as they aren't a hindrance to service which a clit ring isn't, besides she could easily take it out. My guess, someones GF or a hooker who got wild one night.

we cant have any piercings in the navy....only girls, a small ball in the ear, thats all thats ALLOWED....what people actually do is quite different

Spent 10 years in the Navy, had piercings myself and so did several of my friends. The only rule I was told was hindrance to service. That and no earrings for men in uniform.
