It's interesting that all these people pictured here - an' millions more - apparently expose themselves freely to a broad variety of STDs (or worse) for the sake of some (obviously) good times...unless they're all porn stars (not likely from their appearance) who (I read somewhere) are pretty vigilant about regularly having themselves checked for these nasty sexually-transmitted health risks...

I'm sure that tons of people aren't very careful when they swing or have group sex. But tons of people aren't very careful when they have two person sex with someone they don't know very well or for more than a couple of hours. From my experiences with it, I think that people actually tend to be more careful when swinging or engaging in group sex. Other people may have significantly different experiences from me, but it doesn't seem like randoms get together for that type of thing. You are either meeting through some kind of swingers club, many of which require some recent testing, or you are meeting couples, etc. on your own and getting to know them a little bit. It makes the chances that you're having unprotected sex with little testing less likely, although of course it still happens.
