Yes They Are Free, But There Is A Bug At The Moment. When You Make An Account It Just Lags....Then When You Try To Make It Again It Says It Already Made, But In Mail Theres No Activation Thingy, And Every Time You Tell It To Resend It, It Just Laggs Again.....Trust Me...I Have Trying For HOURS!!!
