What is Fuskering?

for anythong who doesn't know what fusker is http://fusker.lewww.com/ you put in a range [1-250] and it scans the links for pictures so if u have a photobucket and someoen had the end being picture_239 u could scan their photobucket like picture_[200-400] and u'd see if they had any other pics numbered like that.
