You can have your own topic, that is not a problem.

The issue comes with the rule I posted, all pictures contained in the rar file must also be posted in the forum for those members who wish to view the pictures, but do not want to download an rar file. Picture posting may include up to 20 images per post and no more.

Hotlinking the images from a picture host such as chickupload.com, as an example, would be the way to go. And like I said, only 20 pics per post please
