Well, being a Bronco fan I can tell you that when Elway retired, it was Hellish. It still is. Green Bay has been blessed to have two tremendous quarterbacks in their long and noble history, but that's incredibly rare.
We're going through it with Elway here in Denver (still). I know it's going to be hard for you guys in Green Bay, but you're one of the most respected franchises in the league (and rightly so), so I think it's safe to say that most of the fans of the NFL are rooting for you all. It'll be hard, but hang in there, and don't be too hard on the new guy.
He's probably a good QB. But no one else is Brett Favre.

exactly. no one else is Brett Favre. and thats why I have respect for Aaron Rodgers because he REALIZES that as well.. and spent all this time learning from him, and rarely getting gametime.. because he knew his day would come, and when it DOES.. why not be super prepared from spending the past few years learning from THE BEST.
