merlin its actually not via drawing, the new photoshop has some rather interesting plugins that allow for light manipulation... and sheer clothing allows light to pass through it.. essentially its a lot like those fishing glasses that block water glare allowing you to see deep under the water

Some people use p-shop tools to create something that isn't really there. This is just manipulating the light to enhance what's already there.

Is this done using overlay layers etc... ? if not im interested to know how you do it, im good with photoshop but cant make them look that good .. PM me
