I think she looks like a fake Lacey Chabert.

EDIT: And is it just me, or does one boob look a lot bigger than the other?

I do recall Lacey having the biggest boobs on "Party Of Five" towards the end... But probably not that big. Her hands also seem a bit out of proportion. And yes, the left (from her angle) boob does look a bit bigger than the right one.

I'd say the chance is 60-40 in favor of this pic being real. I'm even quite convinced about the hands, they seem to be quite huge... Guess you can draw the old comparison even with girls

i'd have to say its an American Playboy model.

This is what we know so far :

Its a playboy photoshoot,
Carmen Electra is the photographer,
in the end the model holds up a playboy magazine featuring Carmen Electra

now what we need to know :
1 - what year/month that magazine is, this girl might be in there.
(they often pose with the same magazine they will be in)

2 - we need to find out who Carmen did that photoshoot with.
(carmen is a celeb so somewhere there must be documented that she did this shoot)
