Its the annual Adult Expo show that takes place in January each year. The first day is closed to the public and open to only exhibitors to network and mingle. The next two days are "Fan Days" where you can bring your cameras, buy merchandise, get autographs and generally stare and gawk. Its a zoo. Admission is $40-$50 a day for the general public, but the lines are 2 hours long to get tickets and they cut them off at a certain number each day.

Keep in mind, that since it is open to the public and cameras are permitted, it is VERY PG-rated. The really hot naughty stuff takes place on the first day (closed to outsiders) and at the evening parties and receptions (which are anything goes... literally).
