I have seen that in both denmark and germany, they are not "common", its small "booths"get in, lock the door behind you, dress up and go out, and lock your stuff in a locker outside (have been working in a swimbath like that).... by the way..... have you noticed the lights under water when you are in a swimbath?, in the celler its actually small windows, you can swing the lamp to the side and look on who ever swims around
