there is a solarium in germany where ppl can sun for free BUT they are warned that they are being filmed, and they have to sign a document etc.
and then you watch those ppl on the internet.

For God's sake it's voyeur, just like the Kondziur thread with beach cabin candid filming and the nude beach stuff.

It might be illegal in the outside world - and that'll be a problem for whoever took the footage - but there's plenty on here you could get pedantic about and legally fussy.
