Can I please get help with the screencaps? I have read the sticky & tried 100 times. It always says an unexplained error has occurred. Something about jit de-bugging. I am an idiot at this but have plenty of movies to share. I don't want to piss anyone off. Thank you

Well file doesn´t work for me anyway. Seems to be corrupt...

use bs player it's more easy to make caps in it if you are not getting used to how to do that.

Same here. WMP plays at least some audio, but VLC does nothing. Very strange.
