Just in the interest of debate... No one has ever taken one drink of alcohol and been unable to operate a motorized vehicle. I know of several who have taken one hit and....

Abit off topic maybe, but Im not much of a drug user so I just wounder whats the "tube" the blow the smoke into when exhaling? Is that like a filter of some sort? I just dont see how that "tube-thingy" could enhance the effect of weed.

It is a "doob tube" or "spoof" and is a cardboard tube filled with dryer sheets and filters out most of the smoke and makes it smell springtime fresh.
