Dino, there's a bad new for you: there are many FREE file host services that do not need any IP scrambler or strange behaviours to work.
The question was: why many of them are blacklisted here, while RS (that needs those IP scramblers or you to disconnect and reconnect to work as a continuos free service) is not?
