Greylist doesn't have anything to do with the upload site. It's an anti-spam thing for new users. Once your post count reaches 100 (you are only 3 posts away) the links you post will no longer be greylisted. It's just a feature used to stop spammers from signing up for an account and instantly using it to spam links.
