Ok, I shrunk it down to 53.7 mb and it uploaded pretty quickly. Now it's on here and it's 27.54 mb.
The actual screen size shrunk on the video though. Can anyone tell me what I have to do to make these videos so that they are able to be uploaded without making the screen size of the video smaller?

You have a movie in the queue now that's 324 MB... that may be the largest files I've ever seen uploaded. Many ISP's severely limit upload speeds, so I wouldn't be surprised if the time is because of your ISP. I also think it may be possible that your WBW session cookie could be expiring with an upload that takes so long.

I'm not sure what all that means.
If that video is making things run slow for me or anything on this site, can you delete it?
With the session cookie, could that be when an error page comes up? Because that's what's been happening.

Any idea on a good way to shrink down the file size without shrinking the actual size of the screen or making the video look like crap?

I know Q means queued in the section, what does W stand for?

W means waiting, your vids have been approved, they are just waiting to be re encoded, then they will be available in the movie gallery once that is done...

Unless you have a direct link to the video in question and this link isn't dead either, then no. You'd probably have to find the video elsewhere.

EOVideo is a good program to convert, split, and combine all types of movie files will post location of file shortly.
