camz for all - part II (updated when the mood strikes)

Im sorry for asking this, but i unrar the files but some dont show a thumb, and do not work in WMP. I am not sure what is going on since it is only a minority of files that dont respond. I have VLC and all updates for WMP. Anyone have other suggestions? IS there a good codec pack out ther that is better than VLC and WMP

no reason to be sorry for asking anything - if you read through the 1st camz topic, you'll
see similar questions answered there, but you're the first in this topic

my suggestion:

k-lite mega codec pack (google it)

it includes "media player classic" which i always use instead of wmp...
between mpc and vlc, you shouldn't have too many codec issues again
and, if you do find a vid that doesn't want to play, or should have sound but doesn't,
just use the "g-spot codec information" tool (also included in the mega pack)
to see exactly what codec you need (just drag and drop the problem movie file onto the g-spot gui)

select the "lots o' stuff" option when you install k-lite mega...and that's it.
also, for a free pack that has so many things in it, whoever puts it together
does a good job keeping it current, so update it every month or two.

one quick question, i wasnt around when the 1st topic was done but i know where it is now because of the link you posted but am i right in thinking you have posted some again, is it worth grabbing the 1st topic cams aswell?

you're partially right - the big "camz" files are reposts, which is what their purpose is - they were an answer to requests from people who didn't want to deal with wait time and limits...they are gradually progressing through all 100 pages.

rapidshare.de links in the 1st topic are all dead now, so the "camz" files could be the only way to get some of the earlier vids.

unless it says otherwise in the post, vids in this topic aren't reposts...
(though odds are that they will be posted here by others in the near future)

Camz15 seems to be corrupt, only the last two files. I tried downloading it repeatedly from different mirrors, to no avail. Any chance of a reupload of those two files?
