Is there no way for you to change your IP ie. reconnect your line? Then there's no limit.
If I dl at rapidshare, I just reconnect. For me it takes about three or four seconds, I get a new IP and then there's no limit.

There're a lot of tools you can find which did that job for you, especially for this "rapidshare-problem" and there're also a lot of DL-Manager for rapidshare (ie. USdownloader which I use).
