Gorgeous car bespoilt by outsized wheels. They didn't make huge wheels like those for any car in 1967. This is one of the best-looking American cars ever. In real life they look even better. GTOs got progressively uglier as the brand - and General Motors - began their rapid declines.

Engine 400.0-cu-in/6554cc OHV V-8, 1x4-bbl Rochester Quadrajet carburetor
Power and torque (SAE gross) 360 hp @ 5100 rpm, 438 lb-ft @ 3600 rpm
Drivetrain 4-speed manual RWD
Brakes front: vented disc, rear: finned drum
Suspension front: control arms, coil springs, anti-roll bar; rear: live axle, coil springs
Dimensions L: 206.6 in, W: 74.4 in, H: 55.0 in
Weight 3650 lb
Performance 0-60 mph: 4.9 sec, quarter mile: 14.21 sec @ 102.97 mph, 60-0 mph: 186 ft

Good performance for its time. Acceleration and braking (a surprise) compare well with contemporary automobiles.
