I might be wrong on the engine size as it's been awhile and there's several OEMs of different makes that have engines near that size but the applicable GM 'Vette engine of that size is what I mean . I'm not sure if they also might have been produced with a 327 or 350, some other size.
His was almost showroom perfect... a '66 I think... actually still have a key for it in my toolbox,
I don't feel guilty I got sued over my last check bouncing and others were having trouble getting paid as well. He was hiding that car from the repo people and I had to talk to the police about a couple of trenching machines because of the same situation. Ome jhe owned outright and the other was on a note so I had to show that one to them when they came looking for the other one. I later found out they burned the other one which is rotten of him I guuess. He could have just let them repo it. The statute ran on that long ago.
Felt sorry for the guy really, His Dad had passed and although he was an adult he simply wasn't ready to run the company and a dispute over a job had his funds tied up to be a security because they did something thinking an inspection had been done and the insurance that would normally have covered that type of thing didn't because of the permit issue.
I wonder how it turned out. If not for that I think he would have been doing OK
That could be the exact car for all I know, I remember he had to send off for an aftermarket wheel and it was pretty close to the others.
