It's the "stinger" hood scoop design, Man....it's a phallic symbol to chicks....and the pavement-pounding power underneath it is unbelievable and sexy as Hell....who WOULDN'T like it? In it's 54 years, no Corvette has ever been able to touch the popularity, raw sex appeal, and style of the 1967 427 Sting Ray. It is SO in a class by itself...but don't take my word for it....check out a Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction sometime on Speed Channel...if a big block Sting Ray is in the line up....watch the bidding go well over six figures...$$$$$$ ...These cars are great investments...if you can pony up the admission price.

I only like the Vetts that have the 427 in it. I think it is the hood or just the 427.
