Looks like the pressure vessel for a pressurized water reactor. As to where it is I would have to say a state like Arizona, Utah, or Nevada, looks like the scrub lands. Seeing as the US is building 28 new nuclear power plants over the next decade not a big surprise.

its a schnable. ive seen them on trains. it makes the load part of the car itself. huge loads, they cant even go faster than like 15 mph.

that there looks like part of a reactor. a lot of Pt or U and boron moderation rods. pretty heavy stuff. and taking it out of the sheilded reactor to transport it isnt the smartest thing to do.

look close...under the main span...of the trailer...u can see a tank....thats what they are hauling...and it must be a heavey son of a gun !

Theres a Radioactive Placard on the trailer, so who knows what it is
