F1098, any ideas? Possibly Lancia Artena . The hotel "HOTEL DE LONDRES Y DE INGLATERRA" is in San Sebastian ,Spain so no help there.

Hi Platy, I have seen a lot of European cars with side mount spare , Bentley, Delage Mercedes,,etc. My grandfather had a British Humber Pullman with twin side-mounts

Hi Platy. Hotel name is in the window on the left ,plus "parada" on bus stop is Spanish.. My first thoughts were "Delage or Lancia", and I am pretty sure it is Lancia, after Googling , "Lancia Limo".
