By the looks of the girl on the left and the armband around her wrist I'd say she's scandinavian.
The girl on the right could be American or Scandinavian. The hair style is very Swedish and Norwegian.
I put my money on two girls going to some nicer area in Europe with their parents, both prolly 18-19.
Though the bikini looks very expensive, those kinda chicks you would usually find stateside.
Kinda tough to tell though.
PS How do you tell an American from a Scandinavian....do their genes change on United Airlines ?
