This is only a small part of the Skinny Puppy series. This actual clip goes on for a while and he did some other long clips as well up until he was in college. Based on the timeline of the releases from the first to the last i'd estimate this girl is only about sixteen since the last one he's barely twenty and the girl in the last one was eighteen. It was released about five years after this one.
