After watching the whole thing,it's pretty much just shitty Asian "skinemax".You never see any action below the belt.Any part were you might have caught a glimpse downstairs was edited out and they take great care using angles and positioning to make sure you can't see anything.

That's almost feasible except for the fact that she's doing what he tell's her while he's recording.Hard to call it a set up if they know whats happening.Looks more like a couple taping in the hotel room on vacation..
