latex glove ( if allergic use something else) two sponges like for washing dishes. put sponges in say a good size coffee cup, put said glove in between sponges. roll glove over top of cup. use a good lube like astroglide. go to town

It's been a few years since i used a glove and towel technique. I bet the heating pad would feel good.
I liked using bubble wrap with the glove, lub, and towel. It was a good feeling.
