Forums usually within 24 hours, posts will only be greylisted until you reach a certain number of posts, sorry can't remember how many, but after that your posts will appear immediately.
The gallery is another thing, we have currently over 18,000 pictures waiting to be moderated so could be 2 to 3 weeks.
