Whats with all the same comments under these chicks pictures? It's hilarious. I bet I have read through 6,000 by this point. It's all the same thing.

1.I want to fill her holes

2.She looks tasty

3.Fuck her senseless

4.Fuck her for hours

This list goes on and on. I am gonna start throwing in some comments under these pictures that'll confuse everyone.

The elaborate fantasies seem weird to me. A whole detailed paragraph about what they and sometimes their friends would do to the woman. And I'm like "um... nice tits"

The comments have become so ridiculous that the site should be called what high school boys want. They remind me of a bunch of kids with no experience talking about things they know nothing about. I enjoy the photos but am thinking it may be time to not renew because of the puerile comments.

I’m reasonably sure if credits weren’t given for comments, the lame comments would almost be nil.

Or be able to down vote comments for negative credit. I'd rather see comments eliminated altogether as they really add nothing of interest. I mean, a comment like 'Hot blonde with big tits' really does nothing as I can certainly see that for myself. Also, learning that someone wants to 'Cream pie all her holes' really isn't the sort of information I want to know about.

I've bitten my time a hundred times over inane comments posted here, thinking that the commenter must be much younger than me and, therefore, forgiven. What makes me roll my eyes the most are those about "I'd **** that all night" when the larger question looms, "What makes you think she'd even look your way, much less sleep with you?"

Comments were useful before the site had series because people would post links to other pics of the same woman. Now comments are all the same people posting the same poorly worded comments on every picture. If you comment early enough on a half-decent picture, you're practically guaranteed five "awesomes."

What does 5 'Awesomes' get someone? Does the mayor of their town give them the key to the city, declare a local holiday, and throw a parade in the user's honor for 'Outstanding Achievement on a Porn Site'?

The comments are inane and need to be done away with. I'm tired of seeing a picture of someone's ass and then a comment that says beautiful girl - it's an ass, the girl could look like Medusa for all you know.

Credits for one comment is about 0.01 as it has been abused in the past. So you have to make 100 comments to get 1 credit.

We could add a button for "dislike" a comment and hide comments after certain amount of "dislikes".

I have been working on whole new site from the ground up to combat a lot of these issues, but I cannot do anything great without input from you guys.

Okay who's been spying in our discord? Not really, but we just had this same conversation in the Mod channel this last week or so.
As it sits now it takes 100 comments to get a credit. If it is adjusted to require more comments for a credit, I believe the comments would get even more asinine and removing them all together is just a form of censorship in my opinion.

Putting a captcha on every comment would probably deter anyone from commenting as would a random captcha on a global cool down.
Using captcha requires Google and to be honest I would like to get away from Google as much as possible, as it has became useless, imho.

Personally I rarely comment and assume my vote was as good as a comment, I mean either you like it or don't right?
Hopefully we will get more feed back on this issue and remember to keep it civil.

i agree. If there is a carrot for commenting, then folks are just gonna type anything to get carrots.

That said, my favorite comments are the ones that just describe the picture as if they are an accessibility tag for someone visually impared.

"Sexy blonde showing her ass" "Brunette in hot red panties"

It's as if they expect an epiphany on my part . Like I'm going to be "OH, THAT IS WHAT IT IS. I thought it was a squirrel making friends with a turtle. This makes much more sense."

But there is already censorship. You said it that exact same post, "remember to keep it civil.", that is censorship. Removing something of zero value to a community is hardly censorship, it's efficiency. Less bandwidth, CPU/memory usage (on both sides, server and end user), quicker load times, etc. I believe there was/is a rule in place that image comments are not for initiating a discussion between users, so there really isn't any utilitarian value for comments as they currently exist as they are not supposed to be allowed to initiate a discussion between users. Also, comments have been censored in the past. Users have been banned for commenting things like 'That is one ugly girl' or speculating that an image might be a transgender person. So, your policies already have large elements of censorship to them already because not all discussions are civil and not every one wants to be forced to hold hands, sing Kumbaya, and skip happily through the meadows and fields of the internet in peace and harmony.

Also, the idea of hiding an unpopular comment really doesn't seem like an answer to me. Where's the penalty? It's not like users are visiting the site for the comments, this is 'I only subscribe to Playboy for the articles' sort of reasoning. I'm guessing the majority of people only comment on an image because there is a reward and they don't care how small it is. Remove the reward completely and have a penalty in place for heavily downvoted comments (temp ban on posting perhaps with complete removal of comment posting rights for repeat offenders with an appeal process). Or, just remove comments completely as they don't seem to have any real benefits for most users.

I agree that there are crude comments, and it is a bit maddenig. I like to get in early before the stupidity hits. I've also been enjoying [Blacklisted]. There are comments, but you have to go looking for them. And probably no credits. I like WBW, but have come to know what you will get from some commenters.

I can do without the comments altogether as well. How about account preference settings where we could select "Hide Comments" in pics or videos.

Or make the choice by category. Comments on for car pics but off for babe pics.

The car pic comments are much better. Like "nice rear end" and "I would drive her till she screams"

It's not censorship if it's my choice.

Ah semantics, okay. Remember I did say in my opinion, not fact. Thank you.
Also keeping it civil means you are not trying to aggravate someone and keep this a conversation and not turn this into a confrontation.
Which by this post I can deduct, is something you are trying to do now. Nice try, but no...

This is a good idea! Maybe a check box for each section Babes, Cars and Movies.

Right, and I was responding with my thoughts on your opinion. It is hardly 'semantics'. Censorship is the suppression or prohibition of something. That's part of the definition of the word. You stated an opinion, I responded with my thoughts on that. That is how discussions work.

Well, your deduction is incorrect. I was merely pointing out that limiting or placing terms on a discussion is a form of censorship. Nothing more, nothing less. If you feel it was some form of effort on my part to initiate some form of confrontation, then you are mistaken.

As far as hiding comments, what point does it really serve? What value do image comments have for the site/community? Does stating that a girl has large breasts and that a user would like to <insert some implausible act> with them somehow provide extra value for another user's experience on the site? Also, why are negative comments seemingly frowned upon and even removed even though they don't contain what might be considered hate speech towards a particular group or orientation? I just don't see much in the way of positives to recommend keeping comments as they don't seem balanced (allowing positive and negative commentary equally) and I haven't seen (so far) any real positives for keeping them outside of using them as a point mill for a small group.

The point is: if it's an option, you can view them if you like and I can hide them if I like.
