all these different places are just soo cool to see, most of us will never be able to visit half of these places for real and watching the travel channel just doesn't seem so real as seeing some of these amateur photo's

I travel a lot...
This year I was twice in Turkey, once in Hungary and 3 times in Germany....

i live not far from Geneva, in Switzerland.. for those who know where it is..

@Rocky - What are your personal impressions of the architecture of the "Bullring" and Selfridge store? I watched a show on modern world architecture and it appeared that the emotions were very mixed. Many people thought it detracted from the present historical-ness (word???) of the city.

This is my city, Warsaw. Capital of Poland. When Poland was founded in 966, Warsaw didn't even exist. It's our capital since the 16th century, when the king Sigsmund III Waza moved it there from Cracow to a small town by Vistula river in central Poland . Now almost 2 million people live in it.

In the center of Warsaw stands the Palace of Culture and Science, built as a "gift from our socialist brothers" - the Soviets in the 50's.
