As someone who has used viagra (I'm a 55yo male), you don't stay hard after having an orgasm--at least I don't. However, I find I can get hard again within a shorter amount of time than without the drug. (For the record, I use half a tablet [50mg] rather than the full dose [100mg].)

Anything 4 hours or longer, you have to have a nurse drain you and it's not the good way.
