Return of the Living Dead. The one with the bald/yellow cadaver running around headless, and the monster in the army canister in the basment. The acting was horrible. There was a hot naked chick. But a few scenes really scared me when I was a kid.

Also the Nightmare on Elm Street where Freddy pushes down on the chick lifting weights and snaps both her elbows. Then her arms dangled there and fell off. That fucked me up too.

Friday 13th, Halloween, Ring, Grudge (horrible movie) all where not that scary.

IT scared the shit out of me though too bad it was made for TV as a movie version with more gore would have been better.

Agreed, about Event Horizon, I may go rent that again.

The first but not second or third HELLRAISER. And "Hellraiser Bloodline" where the toy maker makes the box in the first place.

When I was a kid -- I mean a little kid, about 5 or 6, I saw the original Frankenstein with Lon Chaney Jr. as "the Monster." I was scared beyond words. I couldn't stop watching it; I was hiding behind the couch, peeking over the top and ducking down when it got scary. I was litterally in terror watching that old movie; and had nightmares for many nghts after that movie. To this day, I have never been able to get scared watching a scary movie -- I have never, and never expect to, be as scared as I was that night. The only other night that I came close to being that scared was the night I sobered up and realized I was married. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
